Most care focuses on where it hurts. We focus on why — and build everything from that answer. Taho Health combines assessment, precise hands-on care, and guided rehabilitation in one coordinated plan that evolves as you improve. You will have clarity about what's happening and a direction forward — not just temporary relief.
This is not a quick-fix clinic. It is a thoughtful, long-term partnership in your health, recovery, and vitality.
Yes — that is always our intention. Your Discovery Session (first visit) begins with a thorough assessment to understand what is actually driving your symptoms. From there, our goal is to provide meaningful hands-on care within the same visit — whether that means an adjustment, soft-tissue work, guided exercise, or a combination depending on what your body needs and what the assessment reveals.
Some assessments are complex and take more time. When that happens we are honest about it and prioritize getting the full picture right — because treatment that is guided by a clear understanding of your body is more effective than treatment that rushes past it.
Either way you will leave with real answers, a clear plan, and the confidence that your care is moving in the right direction from day one.
We are an out-of-network provider, which means we do not bill insurance directly. Many patients use FSA or HSA funds to cover their care. We also provide documentation to support out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance — many patients recover a meaningful portion of their costs this way. Transparent pricing is available when you schedule.
Pricing is straightforward and available when you schedule. Your Discovery Session is a single flat fee — no hidden costs, no surprise charges, and no pressure to commit to a package before you understand what your body needs.
Follow-up sessions are available in different lengths depending on the level of care that makes sense for you that day — from focused shorter visits to comprehensive longer sessions. Pricing for each is provided when you book.

Yes. For patients who want to make consistent care more accessible over time, we offer a membership that includes discounted session pricing and a range of member benefits designed to support your long-term care.
Membership is designed for people committed to their long-term health — whether that means ongoing recovery support, performance maintenance, or proactive care that keeps small issues from becoming bigger ones.

That depends on what brought you in, how your body responds, and what your goals are. Some patients come in for a focused course of care and resolve a specific issue relatively quickly. Others find that ongoing sessions — for performance, prevention, or long-term vitality — are what keep them feeling and moving their best. We will give you an honest picture at your Discovery Session and adjust the plan as you progress. The goal is never endless visits — it is lasting results and as much independence as possible.
We commonly help people dealing with back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches, shoulder pain, rotator cuff issues, hip pain, knee pain, plantar fasciitis, disc-related symptoms, sports injuries, postural strain, numbness or tingling, whiplash, post-surgery recovery, and recurring flare-ups. Our care is designed to find the cause and address how the body moves and functions as a whole — not just the area that hurts.

Wear comfortable, flexible clothing you can move in—athletic wear, shorts, leggings, or stretchable fabrics are ideal.
Every follow-up is built around the Taho System — combining the Taho Method with Precision Recovery Technology when your exam findings call for it.
The Taho Method covers assessment, hands-on treatment and guided rehabilitation, and a forward-looking plan to protect and build on your progress. Sessions are available in four lengths — 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes — based on what your body needs that day.
When clinically indicated, Precision Recovery Technology is added on top of your session to accelerate healing and support your body's response to treatment — extending your visit time accordingly. Nothing is added as a default.
Absolutely. Many of our patients come in proactively — to improve movement, build resilience, support performance, or simply stay ahead of the wear and life tends to put on the body over time. Pain is a common reason people start here. It is not the only reason to be here.
We offer Shockwave, Laser Therapy, PEMF, ShiftWave, and Electrical Stimulation—each designed to accelerate healing, reduce pain, and support recovery.
Many members feel improvement after their first session, especially in mobility, pain levels, and alignment. Long-lasting change takes time, but we guide you through every step with clarity and confidence.
Not at all. How often you come is entirely based on your goals. Some members see us for a short series of sessions to resolve a specific issue, while others choose ongoing care to maintain strength, prevent setbacks, and support long-term vitality. Our role is to give you the tools, guidance, and treatment your body needs—so you can make informed decisions about your health.
Think of us as a long-term resource, not a dependency. You’re always in control of your care.
Absolutely. We meet you where you are and support your return to movement with safe, progressive care.
We don’t replace your training—we enhance it. Our approach improves how your body moves so you can lift, run, play, and train with better performance and fewer setbacks.
We work at a pace that’s right for you. Some techniques may create pressure or temporary discomfort, but everything is explained and adjusted to your comfort.
No referral is needed. You can schedule directly with us—no doctor’s note or pre-authorization required.
Yes. We work with everyone—from kids and teens to athletes, professionals, and retirees. Every session is customized to your individual goals and abilities.
