Taho Health bridges the gap between chiropractic care, physical therapy, and performance training. Our approach combines clinical precision with purposeful movement, addressing not only where you hurt—but why. Each session blends assessment, manual therapy, corrective exercise, and advanced technology to help your body move better, recover faster, and function at its highest potential.
This is not a quick-fix clinic. It’s a thoughtful, long-term partnership in your health, performance, and longevity.
You’re in the right place. Whether you’re dealing with pain, returning after time away, or simply not feeling your best, we’re here to help you understand what your body needs and why. Your first Discovery session is dedicated to your history, identifying the root cause, and creating a clear, personalized plan to move forward with confidence.
Yes. Your Discovery session includes a full-body assessment, personalized hands-on treatment, and guided corrective exercises. Every follow-up visit continues the Taho Method™—assessment, precise hands-on treatment, and a focused plan—customized to your progress and goals. You can choose: Focus (15min), Restore (30min), Optimize (45min), or Signature (60min) depending on the level of care you need. We’ll also recommend any supporting advanced technology as needed to optimize your recovery.
We offer Shockwave, Laser Therapy, PEMF, ShiftWave, and Electrical Stimulation—each designed to accelerate healing, reduce pain, and support recovery.
Many members feel improvement after their first session, especially in mobility, pain levels, and alignment. Long-lasting change takes time, but we guide you through every step with clarity and confidence.
Not at all. How often you come is entirely based on your goals. Some members see us for a short series of sessions to resolve a specific issue, while others choose ongoing care to maintain strength, prevent setbacks, and support long-term vitality. Our role is to give you the tools, guidance, and treatment your body needs—so you can make informed decisions about your health.
Think of us as a long-term resource, not a dependency. You’re always in control of your care.
Absolutely. We treat a wide range of concerns—such as back and neck pain, shoulder and knee injuries, headaches, postural imbalances, overuse injuries, sports injuries, and post-surgical recovery. Whether your issue is acute or long-standing, our goal is to restore balance, improve movement, and help your body function at its best. Not sure if we can help? Book a Discovery Session and we’ll assess it together.
That depends on your goals, current condition, and how your body responds to care. Some members come in for focused recovery or short-term support, while others incorporate ongoing sessions as part of their long-term vitality and optimization plan. We’ll help you determine the right frequency based on your progress and what your body needs to move and feel its best.
